The following work of installing Bonding Cables and Equipotential Test Point is the job for Electrical Contractor & there Qualified Electrical Mechanics Only. Tie wires on the conductive reinforcing of the pool structure and the surounding area of the pool or spa is the job of the Builder, Testing that it is all continous is the job of the Electrical Contractor and the various contections of the bonding wires to the reinforcing is the job of the Electrical Contractor. Electrical Contractor is to ensure it is all continous and is connected back to the Test Point as per the test requirements.

New Extensive Rules now apply from 1 July 2018 Refer to all the detail in AS / NZ 3000:2018 Section 5
